On December 24, the second and third shareholders’ meetings for 2025, the 16th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, and the 1st and 2nd meetings of the 6th Board of Directors of China Air Separation were successfully held in Hangzhou. The meetings were chaired by Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of the company. All shareholders, directors, and supervisors of the company attended the meetings, and members of the company’s leadership team as well as heads of relevant departments were present as observers.

On December 23, Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sumeda, led a delegation to visit and provide guidance on the EPC general contracting project for the 70,000-unit centralized air separation and air compression unit undertaken by China Air Separation in Fuhai Chuang, Fujian. Zhang Xingdong, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Air Separation, accompanied the delegation on the visit.

The session focused on studying the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee and Volume V of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China." The meeting was chaired and addressed by Sheng Jianbing, member of the company’s Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission. Recently, the Fujian Fuhai Chuang 70,000-cubic-meter centralized air separation and air compression unit EPC general contracting project undertaken by China Air Separation has reached a significant construction milestone—the successful capping of the core equipment, the “cold box.” This marks a phased victory for the project and signals its full transition into a new stage of equipment installation.
