At the start of the new year, the air separation and air compression unit for the integrated project on the comprehensive utilization of alkane resources—undertaken by CNASEC Engineering Co., Ltd. for Zhejiang Yuanjin New Materials Co., Ltd.—successfully completed the lifting and installation of two nitrogen-producing air separation cold boxes. The successful completion of this critical milestone has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent equipment installation, commissioning, and trial operation of the project, propelling the project’s construction into a new phase of rapid advancement and vigorous development.

On December 24, the second and third shareholders’ meetings for 2025, the 16th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, and the 1st and 2nd meetings of the 6th Board of Directors of China Air Separation were successfully held in Hangzhou. The meetings were chaired by Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of the company. All shareholders, directors, and supervisors of the company attended the meetings, and members of the company’s leadership team as well as heads of relevant departments were present as observers.
