Recently, the consortium of China National Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNASEC) and Hangyang Group Co., Ltd. has successfully won the bid for the EPC General Contracting Project of Cold Energy Utilization Works of Zhejiang Zheneng Wenzhou Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Project. As an important practice of the Company in the field of comprehensive new energy utilization, this project delivers targeted solutions to the bottlenecks restricting industrial cold energy utilization, and will continuously facilitate green and low-carbon development as well as the achievement of the "Dual Carbon" goals.

Recently, the EPC General Contracting Project for 49,000 m³ Low-temperature Liquid Ammonia Storage Tanks and Auxiliary Facilities undertaken by China National Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CNASEC) has been officially put into operation. The world’s first ammonia-fueled ocean-going vessel Antwerp, carrying 45,000 m³ of liquid ammonia, successfully completed its historic maiden voyage and first loading operation at the Jiangsu Andefu Nanjing Tank Terminal.

On July 1, the China National Machinery Industry Corporation and the China Energy Group held a technology‑day exchange event in Beijing under the theme “Industry Integration, Cooperation for Mutual Success.” Zhou Kaiquan, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, attended the event, while Yan Guochun, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of the China Energy Group, also attended and delivered a speech.

The grand ceremony marking the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China was solemnly held on the morning of July 1 at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the People’s Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, presented the “July 1 Medal” to its recipients and delivered an important address. The Party Committee of CNASEC actively organized all Party members, cadres, and employees to watch the ceremony, jointly celebrating the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

On June 17, CNASEC convened the third centralized study session of its Party Committee Theoretical Study Center Group and the second (expanded) meeting of its Safety Production Committee. The meeting was chaired by Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and Chairman, and was attended by members of the Party Committee Theoretical Study Center Group, heads of all engineering companies (and departments), secretaries of Party branches, members of the Safety Production Committee, and members of the Safety Office.

On June 5, CNASEC and Kailing International Energy Holdings Group Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation for an overseas green ammonia project in Hangzhou. Yang Yuepeng, Vice President of Kailing International, and Director He Guanglin, along with Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Air Separation, and Dong Jie, Secretary of the Board of Directors, attended the signing ceremony and engaged in a roundtable discussion.

In 2026, the company established a dedicated green‑transformation task force to pioneer a new “Smart + Low‑Carbon” approach to water management. Currently, construction is in full swing on the benchmark upgrade project for Wuzhong City’s Third Wastewater Treatment Plant—Section 8: Smart Water Plant—and we take a closer look at the practical achievements of digital water management in safeguarding the Yellow River’s ecosystem.

Recently, the Hangzhou Survey and Design Industry Association issued a notice announcing the results of the 2026 Hangzhou Survey and Design Industry Outstanding Achievements (Comprehensive Category) recognition. The storage tank area project (Phase V), Section I, undertaken by CNASEC for Lianyungang Rongtai Chemical Storage Co., Ltd., as well as the Zero Direct Discharge of Wastewater and Wastewater Treatment Plant Reconstruction Project in Hangbu Town, Kecheng District—specifically the wastewater treatment plant reconstruction component—were both listed and awarded the Second Prize in the “Comprehensive Engineering” category.
