On April 3, the Party Committee of CNASEC held the second centralized study session of the 2026 Party Committee Theoretical Study Center Group, as well as a study and education workshop on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements. The workshop adopted a variety of learning methods, including collective study, individual self-study, and exchange discussions, to thoroughly study materials such as “Selected Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s Expositions on Establishing and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievements” and “Vivid Practices of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Adherence to a Correct View of Political Achievements During His Local Work.” Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and Chairman, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Members of the leadership team, secretaries of all Party branches, heads of various engineering companies (and departments), and leaders of the Party-member task-force teams for tackling tough challenges also attended.

On March 25, Zhang Xiaolun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, led a delegation to CNASEC Engineering Co., Ltd. to oversee the implementation of study and education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, to review the preparation of the company’s 15th Five-Year Plan and its operational performance, and to solicit opinions and suggestions from grassroots cadres and employees. Shen Ruihong, a member of the Party Committee Standing Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, also participated in the inspection.

Recently, the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission announced the evaluation results for key provincial projects for 2025. CNASEC Engineering Co., Ltd. was rated as an A-level survey and design firm for its EPC general contracting project of the 70,000 Nm³/h centralized air separation and air compression unit at Fuhai Chuang, demonstrating that the company’s survey and design capabilities and quality have been recognized and once again reinforcing its reputation as a “first-class, technology-driven engineering company.”

To ensure that enterprises fulfill their primary responsibility for workplace safety, promote the thorough implementation of all safety measures for resuming work and production at ongoing construction projects and operation-and-maintenance initiatives, effectively fortify the safety defense line, and secure a strong start to year-round safety efforts, recently Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNASEC, along with General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Li Jijie and other members of the leadership team, visited various project sites to conduct safety inspections in preparation for the resumption of work and production.

Recently, the 2024 Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Awards were presented in Hangzhou. The project “Key Technologies and Applications for Efficient CO₂ Capture and Multi-Energy Coupled Resource Utilization in the Chemical Industry,” jointly developed by CNASEC Engineering Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Zhejiang University and other institutions, was awarded the Third Prize of the 2024 Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

On March 10, CNASEC convened a special Party Committee meeting to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, as well as the arrangements made at the meeting of the Central Leading Group for Party Building and the spirit of the CPC Central Office’s “Notice on Launching Study and Education on Establishing and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievements throughout the Party.” The meeting also aimed to carry out the work requirements of the Party Committee of CNASEC Machinery Industry Corporation and the Party Committee of Sumida Corporation, and to deliberate and deploy the launch of all related activities for the company’s study and education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements. Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
