Recently, the specialized training for Party affairs cadres of China Air Separation for 2025 came to a successful conclusion. All members of the Party branch committees, the Party Committee’s Work Department, and the Discipline Inspection Commission Office participated in the training. This training adopted a novel approach—combining on-site learning with hands-on practice through the “go out, settle down, and learn in” methodology. All Party affairs cadres left the conference hall and went directly into the field. The training covered a variety of activities, including visits to benchmark projects, specialized lectures, exchange and sharing sessions, education on red and integrity culture, and AI-based experiential learning. This approach ensured that the training was both innovative and deeply meaningful, helping participants break ideological barriers, recharge their energy, and inject new momentum into building a high-quality team of Party affairs cadres within the company.
