Starting Fresh, Moving Forward—China Air Separation Holds 2025 Work Conference
Starting anew and moving forward toward a brighter future—on January 17, the 2025 Conference on Comprehensive and Strict Governance of the Party, the Integrity Education Conference, the Business Work Conference, and the First Session of the Fifth Employee Representative Congress of China Air Separation were held in Hangzhou. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the conference thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the Central Economic Work Conference. It summarized the work carried out in 2024, laid out key tasks for 2025, and rallied all cadres and employees to move forward with determination and continue their efforts, fully driving the company’s high-quality development.

Recently, Xu Xianghui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, led a team to visit the site of the Andefu Low-Temperature Liquid Ammonia Storage Tank Project in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province; the Nanjing Hongchuan Tank Maintenance Project; and the Lianyungang Rongtai Warehousing Tank Area Project (Phase V). Li Jijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, Shang Jianbing, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, along with relevant personnel from the Energy Engineering Company, accompanied the inspection.

As the year draws to a close, good news comes from the north! On December 27, the Chifeng Yuanjing Zero-Carbon Hydrogen-Ammonia Project—undertaken by China Air Separation—achieved a new milestone: the successful installation of the metal inner tank for the 20,000 m³ cryogenic liquid ammonia concrete fully enclosed storage tank! This marks another critical milestone for the project following the completion of the concrete pouring work for the tank’s dome. It signifies that both the inner and outer tanks of the cryogenic liquid ammonia storage facility have now been fully completed, steadily bringing the project closer to its annual construction goals.

Recently, the smart factory construction project—implemented by China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Air Separation”)—has achieved breakthrough progress in the EPC project of the Southwest Copper Industry’s 66,000 Nm³/h air separation unit, which has now been officially put into operation. This milestone sets a new industry standard, propelling large-scale air separation units into a new era of autonomous operation and ushering in a fresh chapter of intelligent transformation.

Recently, we received joyful news from the China National Machinery Industry Federation: the “Large-Scale Cryogenic Intelligent Storage Equipment System” project by China Air Separation has won the Silver Award in the 3rd National Machinery Industry Product Quality Innovation Competition—the “Hangyang Cup.” This achievement marks the company’s leading position in the field of cryogenic storage technology. The system not only represents the development trend toward intelligent and green, low-carbon equipment but also brings technological innovation and transformation to the deep-cold liquid storage industry.
