Recently, the specialized training for Party affairs cadres of China Air Separation for 2025 came to a successful conclusion. All members of the Party branch committees, the Party Committee’s Work Department, and the Discipline Inspection Commission Office participated in the training. This training adopted a novel approach—combining on-site learning with hands-on practice through the “go out, settle down, and learn in” methodology. All Party affairs cadres left the conference hall and went directly into the field. The training covered a variety of activities, including visits to benchmark projects, specialized lectures, exchange and sharing sessions, education on red and integrity culture, and AI-based experiential learning. This approach ensured that the training was both innovative and deeply meaningful, helping participants break ideological barriers, recharge their energy, and inject new momentum into building a high-quality team of Party affairs cadres within the company. It will also invigorate Party building work, activating a “new engine” for the company’s innovative development.

The meeting summarized the company’s performance during the first quarter, analyzed current challenges and difficulties, and laid out key priorities for the next phase. Company leaders led a team to the project site to inspect safety production work.
Since resuming work after the Spring Festival, all project sites of China Air Separation have swiftly entered into operation. The company attaches great importance to safety production at project sites and promptly implemented the relevant requirements on safety production issued by its higher-level authorities. Through measures such as inspection tours led by company executives, special inspections conducted by the Safety Production Department, and the issuance of disciplinary inspection recommendations by the company’s Discipline Inspection Commission, the company has provided multi-level and multifaceted guidance for safety production, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of projects.
